Houses of the “Aston” seriesrepresent the most outstanding project in Konakovo River Club. Exteriorly “Aston” resembles a wooden cube enclosed in a metal frame and the interiors are madeinlow-key modern style. Looking like a 4-storeyed house, it is actually 3-storeyed, the storeys having their distinct functional division.

The extravagant architecture of an “Aston” house surprises oneself with unexpected light sources and space labyrinths, light wells and shaded corners, split-level floors and balconies. For all the extravagancy the most astonishing thing is the rational and comfortable planning of “Aston”.

In the ground floor the public area is more than 100 sq.m., the project envisages a bedroom, a cabinet, a sauna, a children’s room and a living-room.
