Due to maximum efficiency of the construction, a common wall and a common foundation this house will suit those who want to save on the space and keep the quality of life at the same time. The house planning envisages two living-rooms, four bedrooms and two kitchens, which one can share for two families or companies, if desired. The total area of the house is 187,2 sq.m.

“Split” series houses are attractive not only due to the reasonable space arrangement, but also thanks to their exterior views: fronts finished with sheet iron at the second-storey level add functionally-based expressiveness to the house.
