2-storeyed houses of the “Marvell” series reflect Konakovo River Club architects’ aspiration to create a laconic in form, but interesting in matter object. As a result, the house acquired a sole-colored and quiet exterior, a classical double-pitch roof, and strictlyrectilinear boarded walls.

Sure, the house project was interfered by an architect’s experiment. On the ground floor there are floor-to-ceiling windows that literally invite the surrounding nature in. The cozy interior of “Marvell” is emphasized by the rational planning and the abundance of bright details. 211,7sq.m. of the living space contain three bedrooms, a living-room, a cabinet and a kitchen combined with a dining-room.
