CHECK-IN and check-out time:

Check-in – 14:00, check-out – 12:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible only in case of availability of rooms and by pre-arrangement with the hotel.

YOUR RESERVATIONS ARE GUARANTEED:

After your payment is deposited to the account of the hotel complex
After 100% payment at the Moscow office or the Konakovo River Club hotel complex
If payment is made with a credit card through the site of Konakovo River Club and received into the account of the hotel complex

Reservations must be paid for within 2 calendar days. If reservations are made less than 1-2 days before check-in, they must be paid for on the same day when the hotel complex was contacted.

CANCELLATION

The following rates apply to cancellation of reservations:

There is no charge for cancellation of a reservation more than 14 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation of a reservation 7-14 days prior to check-in - 30% of the cost of a reservation will be charged.
Cancellation of a reservation 1-7 days prior to check-in - 50% of the cost of a reservation will be charged.
There is no refund in case of cancellation of a reservation less than 1 day prior to check-in.

Refund is made by the accounting department within 3 working days by transferring money to the indicated bank account.
